Needless to say that if you follow this program to the letter you will get in awesome shape.

2. Insanity: This program isn’t as much of a strength building workout as P90x, but the cardio is extremely intense. That’s not to say though that there aren’t some strength building exercises in it. The great thing about this program is that you won’t need to buy any type of equipment. Just be ready to sweat heavily when doing this workout. If you follow this it’s designed for a 60 day period.

3. Zumba:This is the new fitness craze that is taking the nation by storm. There is a great reason for that as well… It’s absolutely a great time and you’ll burn tons of calories doing it. Literally with Zumba you’ll dance the weight right off. Honestly what better than to dance, and lose weight? There is no real set timeline for this program, but I can assure you that the Zumba workout is a great time and you’ll be able to lose huge amounts of extra body fat with this workout.

Just think about the goals that you’re looking to accomplish when choosing a DVD. If you’re able to think constantly about it, then you’ll definitely get great results with any of these three DVDs.
